Question: What file formats do you take for the dropbox?

Answer: JPG, BMP and GIF - all should be below 5MB in file size.

Question: How long will my order take?

Answer: We aim to deliver cards within 10 days of receiving your order. Calendar proofs are normally despatched within 10 days of receipt of order, and your finished calendars 14 days after approval of the proof. If there is any variation to these timescales we will inform you.

Question: I need my calendars for a function in 2 week’s time – can you meet that deadline?

Answer: Our normal timescales are outlined above – however there are ways in reducing that where necessary. If you have a deadline, please email us with details at info@yourimagehere.co.uk and we will tell you if we can meet that or not.

Question: Can I have a message printed inside my cards?

Answer: No. Because we specialise in small orders it is simply not cost-effective to do this.

Question: Your cards have a white border around the image - can that be removed?

Answer: Unfortunately not. We use high quality laser printers in order to keep the cost of your order to a minimum, but these require appproximately 5mm of white space at the edge of the sheet.

Question: Can you add specific dates to my calendar, such as end of term dates etc?

Answer: Yes we can - we will add up to 24 dates at no extra cost. Please send details of your requirements with your order.

Question: What dimensions should my image be?

Answer: Please click on the 'Order' link above where all the dimensions are set out. If you are unsure about how to alter the size of your image - don't worry. Send it as it is and we will adjust it for you.
