How to order
On-line:
1. Download the Word version of the relevant order form from the link below, then complete it and send it as an attachment to: orders@yourimagehere.co.uk
2. We will email you an acknowledgement and a log-in password for the secure area of our website.
3. Upload your images to the secure area of our website.
4. We will confirm your order and send a PayPal request for payment.
By post:
1. Print the relevant order form from the link below.
2. Post us the completed order form, your images and payment.
3. We will send you an email acknowledgement of your order.

Uploading your images: To upload your images, please ensure they are in .JPG, .GIF or .BMP format and below 10MB in file size.

About your image
We can use almost any image, but the better the quality of the original, the better the end result. Please note that images downloaded from websites are rarely of sufficiently high quality for us to use.
For standard cards, the ideal image size is 100mm x 140mm (Portrait or landscape)
For Wide cards the ideal image size is 200mm x 95mm (landscape only)
For A5 cards the ideal image size is 200mm x 140mm (Portrait or landscape)
For Square cards the ideal image size is 140mm x 140mm
Calendars need 7 images 200mm x 100mm landscape for Format 1, or 13 images 200mm x 140mm landscape for Format 2. Cover images may be either portrait or landscape.
Please note that all images may be cropped and/or resized in order to suit the end product. If you do not want any alteration to your image, please advise us and we will print ‘as sent’.
Digital images may be either uploaded to the secure area of our website (see above) or supplied by post on cd or memory stick. All media will be returned with your order.
Original prints or drawings should be posted securely wrapped and will be returned. You may wish to use Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery services to protect your items. We cannot accept originals larger than A4 in size. All originals will be returned with your order.
Copyright: It is your responsibility to ensure that you either own the copyright to the image, or have the copyright holder’s permission for the image to be used. Yourimagehere.co.uk will accept no responsibility for any infringement of copyright of images supplied by a client. For other terms and conditions – please click here.
Colour matching: all printers reproduce colours differently, so what comes out of your printer at home is unlikely to be exactly the same as our printer output. Our printers are all profiled to reproduce true colours as closely as possible, but if you send us an original print, we will do our best to match it. You should note however that some slight variation is almost inevitable but should be within acceptable tolerances.
