Payment in full must be made at the time of ordering. No goods may be despatched before payment is received. All items remain the property of yourimagehere.co.uk until paid for in full.
Copyright: It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that there is no infringement of copyright by using images supplied by the client. Your Image Here will not be held responsible for any abuse of copyright caused by using images supplied by the client.
Proofs: We supply a proof for all calendar orders so that you can check layout, spellings, etc. There is no extra charge for this, but please allow for the time it takes to mail the proof out to you, for you to check it and then return your acceptance to us.
Content: We do not accept orders containing offensive or indecent images.
Colour matching: all printers reproduce colours differently, so what comes out of your printer at home is unlikely to be exactly the same as our printer output. Our printers are all profiled to reproduce true colours as closely as possible, but if you send us an original print, we will do our best to match it. You should note however that some slight variation is almost inevitable but should be within acceptable tolerances. Your order is accepted on this basis.
Minimum order for cards is of 30 cards, which may be made up of more than one design. The minimum quantity of any one design in an order is 6. So for example an order may be made up of 30 cards of one design, or 6 cards each of 5 designs, or somewhere in between. Our Maximum order is 500 cards.
Minimum order for calendars: The minimum order for calendars is 30 of any one design. Our maximum order is 500 copies.
Postage & Packing: Card orders over £50 in value are carriage paid to the UK mainland, otherwise p&p for card orders is £3.00. For all calendar orders p&p is £12.00.
Damages, shortages or incorrectly delivered goods must be notified within 7 days of delivery.
We reserve the right to alter the pricing of any product without notice, for example due to a rise in the cost of materials. In such exceptional circumstances we will always check with you if you want to proceed before processing your order.
